Welcome to Quick Wick Store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and the Omani Electronic Transactions Law.
1. General
Quick Wick Store is an online store operating in the Sultanate of Oman, offering cosmetics, electronics, mobiles and accessories to customers within Oman.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include 5% VAT. Payment is available via Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3. Delivery
We offer free delivery all over Oman. Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days depending on the region.
4. Returns & Exchange
Items may be returned within 3 days of receipt if defective or not as described, provided they are unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and personal-care products are non-returnable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and images on this site are the property of Quick Wick Store and are protected under Omani intellectual property laws.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute shall be settled before the competent courts of Oman.
